"Thrue bab"
It is a government declared holiday. Once government didnot declare thruebab as holiday and there was lot of criticism.. Then the next year, it was declared as holiday... democracy!!!
One need to take bath or atleast wash your head... you will be blessed. it is said that the blessing of the gods will pour on all the water (dont worry if you are not in Bhutan). The timings is the blessing will begin from 1 PM BST and will continue for one week. (according to BBSC).
I dont have much knowledge, so i rather stop here.
